Cathy was born in Rome NY and lived in several different states throughout her childhood due to her dad’s air force career. After graduating from high school, she attended Opelika technical college where she received a degree and license in cosmetology. After 8 years of working in the hair industry, she changed to the dental field in 1988. She attended the University of Birmingham dental hygiene program and became a licensed dental hygienist in 1991. She is out clinical office coordinator and hygienist. Cathy and her husband live in Opelika and enjoy traveling whenever possible. She has 3 children, 2 sons and one daughter, who are all married, 4 grandchildren and two step sons.
